The Marist 荣誉项目 is a vibrant academic community of talented students 和 faculty from all majors. The program strives to keep students academically challenged while building character, 培养领导能力, emphasizing the importance of civic learning 和 global citizenship.

All Honors students engage in one-on-one partnerships with faculty mentors to work on two separate c红色的it-bearing research projects in their major, 或者在一个感兴趣的跨学科领域. I loved the idea that the 荣誉项目 focused on seminars 和 special projects. It’s more work, but there are so many opportunities for really high-level intellectual exploration. The interdisciplinary aspect of the 荣誉项目 is so nice; I’ve met so many people I wouldn’t have met otherwise.
